Processing & Dispatch
All ready-made items are dispatched within 1–3 business days of your order being placed. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
Made-to-Order Items
Some pieces — including our Boho Granny Square Cardigan and other made-to-order styles — are crafted especially for you after your order is placed. Please allow 2–6 weeks for production before dispatch. The product listing will clearly indicate if an item is made to order. We'll keep you updated along the way via email or text.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
- Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight
- Tracking is provided for all domestic orders
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- New Zealand: 5–10 business days
- USA, UK & Canada: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 10–30 business days
